The Rydges Kensington Plaza looks very grand from the outside, but the quality and size of the rooms seems to vary widely. None the less, guests appreciate the mostly friendly service and the variety on offer at breakfast.

     rooms and corridors rather tired...             claustrophobic single room ...             quiet room ...             small room ...             had everything I needed...             The room was tiny, the furniture scruffy ...             bath itself had mould around the edges....             room was quite basic with old battered furniture ...             street noise, as we were on the front ...             room small,...             .The room itself was a bit cramped ...             could use a bit of a fix up and/or modernisation ...              water pressure in the shower was good,...             Bathroom floor and bath had a scattering of plaster from the ceiling....             Rooms and bathrooms decorated well...             We were given a very nice 4th floor room ...
