Second time we stay in this hotel and so far we have loved it, it's in a great location,quite and staff very professional and helpful ,rooms are good sizes and comfortable,hope to stay there again when next time in London .

The hotel was well situated, very clean and the staff courteous and helpful at all times. The lighting in the bedroom was useless for reading in bed and generally even when all the lights were on the room was still rather dark. Unfortunately, one morning my friend was not very well and I went to have breakfast on my own. I was originally sete4d behind a pillar facing a dark wall, but spoke to the receptionist on duty who moved me to a table by the window where I could sit and see the whole breakfast area. I felt that possibly I may have been singled out as an old lady on her own who would not mind where I sat. Incidentally, a gentleman also on his own, was later seated at a table laid for four. Apart from this, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely book with you on other occasions when we might visit London.

The only comment I would make is that we booked a double room and they only had twin rooms available.

Nice hotel with excellent location and ease of transport. Suggest to ask for higher floor - floor 1 was noisy
