The hotel is housed in a very impressive, neo-Gothic Victorian building, with a red brick and white stucco façade. Inside, the lobby and other public rooms are traditionally appointed with dark wood panelling, antique furnishings, ornate plaster work and fabric wall coverings, all of which combine to create a luxurious environment enhanced by fresh flowers.

The hotel features 45 deluxe guestrooms, 12 luxurious suites, and 6 apartments. Each of the rooms and suites have been individually designed and decorated. The colours are rich and warm, there are custom-made fabrics, antique furnishings, and numerous original artworks.
