These suites are spacious and in a good location but many guests comment that they are getting a little tired/shabby. Not suited to those who prefer a sleek, minimalist style rather than this hotel's period look but perfect for those who enjoy a touch of heritage.

The Durley House hotel is an all suite hotel with the ambiance of a private residence. Decor is in an antique period style and although getting a little tired the overall atmosphere is fairly grand.
There are 11 suites in total, the smallest being 45 square metres so more spacious than a traditional hotel room. Each suite has a private dining area, where the butler will serve your room service cuisine (delivered by a traditional dumb-waiter), and a three piece suite as well as bathroom and king or queen sized bed. Decor is traditional in style.
The hotel has a lounge where you can relax with afternoon tea and offers a 24 hour room service menu, including popcorn to enjoy with your in-house movie. The hotel can arrange tennis at their private courts as well as offering personal shopping services.
