Delightful staff who couldn't do enough for us. Lovely comfortable room. Extras charged at very low prices especially for London!
We did request a low floor as my mother is 79 but our room was on 4th with lift only going to 2nd and very narrow steep stairs thereafter. Luckily she is pretty fit! Would definitely recommend this hotel if going to Royal Albert Hall- 5 mins walk. Lovely 15 min walk through Hyde Park to Knightsbridge.
Top Tip
We had delicious and reasonably priced lunch at Daphne's, Draycott Ave, a few minutes walk other side of South Ken tube station.

Lovely small hotel and very reasonably priced. Our room looked out onto the side of Natural History Museum so very attractive. Would definitely stay again. We had been upgraded to a superior room on arrival.
Top Tip
Excellent spot. Royal Albert Hall was just a 5 minute stroll, Natural History Museum and V&A museum literally 1 minute across a surprisingly quiet road. Very nice 10 minute leisurely walk to Harrods, passed some lovely shops and cafes. Stopped for lunch at L'Opera - gorgeous food.

Ideal location. Room and facilities very clean. Only problem, the room was exceptionally small and consequently v. warm. Three night stay and had to request replacement toiletries and towels. However, no problem and they were delivered to room immediately we asked. Breakfast good (continental). Good location for shopping. Within easy walking distance of two tube stations.
Top Tip
Nice restaurants closeby.
